F1 Qualifying Today: Qatar Grand Prix 2025 start time, schedule, TV channel and live stream
Following all the excitement of the sprint race, F1 will switch its attention to the main race at the Qatar Grand Prix, with qualifying taking place later on Saturday.
Then qualifying came around, with Verstappen taking pole, while Norris and Piastri complete the front row in what will be a tense final race. Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton suffered a new low with Ferrari, getting knocked out in Q1 once again, despite changes to his car.
Piastri jumped to P1 with a 1:20.241, and Norris came across in second, just 0.044 seconds behind his teammate. It was time to determine P1, as the final push laps began with 60 seconds remaining in SQ3, with Verstappen the initial driver to drop the hammer.
Oscar Piastri will start on the second row of the grid for Monday's São Paulo Grand Prix. after crashing earlier in the sprint race and losing more ground to Lando Norris in the Formula 1 drivers' championship.
