Apple has announced its new entry-level 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro separately from the upcoming M5 Pro and M5 Max versions. The latest model starts at $1,599, the same as last year's M4-powered model. It arrives alongside new 11- and 13-inch iPad Pros and a refreshed Apple Vision Pro that have the same M5 chipset.

Apple also announced the latest generation of the iPad Pro, powered by the new M5 chip.

The new processor claims to offer up to 3.5x the AI performance and up to 1.6x faster graphics.
