NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - National Guard troops arrived on Bourbon Street Tuesday as the city prepares for the Sugar Bowl and New Year’s Eve celebrations.
A total of 350 Louisiana National Guard service members will remain in New Orleans through the end of February.
