SASKATCHEWAN — A special weather statement that was in effect for much of the province has been lifted, and has been replaced with a winter storm watch for most of the province's southern and central areas.
The "complicated" weather system system could bring strong winds, rainfall, a risk of freezing rain and snow Tuesday, but is expected to move out of the province by Wednesday, Environment Canada says.
