Four people are accused of stealing items from Bexar County Sheriff’s Office vehicles, according to an arrest affidavit.
An 18-year-old inmate was mistakenly released from the Bexar County jail after a mix-up with his juvenile records, including a conviction for murder. Angel David Salas was re-arrested around 9:25 p.m.
