The two westbound lanes of O Street between 16th and 13th streets will be shut down starting Sunday due to the beginning of Project O Street.
Lincoln selected Omaha-based Hawkins Construction — the highest bidder — for the O Street overhaul because it was the only company the city said met all project-experience requirements.
