Timothy William Farriss (born 16 August 1957) is an Australian musician, founding member and the lead guitarist of the rock band INXS.

He was the first to learn a musical instrument, and the first to realise the importance of playing in a band. He was the driving force behind pre-INXS bands Guinness and The Farriss Brothers.
