If you’re from Houston, you know about Harwin, the famous shopping corridor for discounted everything 😍 I checked out Harwin Central Mart, a two story complex full of all kinds of vendors selling clothes, jewelry, crafting supplies, quinceañera dresses, accessories, and so much more. It’s been here for something around 25 years. My personal favorite was the jewelry, where I got some cute Halloween jewelry for only around $2-4.
