A 20-year-old U.S. citizen is facing criminal charges under 8 USC 1324 for attempting to smuggle an illegal alien through Yuma Sector’s area of responsibility. Agents conducted a vehicle stop in Yuma last week and discovered the driver was smuggling a Mexican national.
